The implementation process of Interact’s SA Suite software at Hospital 5 de Outubro began in January 2018. At that time, the tool brought transparent management and continuous improvement to the development of quality management processes, contributing to the achievement of important Brazilian quality certifications. Even while facing the pandemic, the hospital, located in Canaã dos Carajás, Pará, accepted the challenge and, with the support of the software, elevated its service quality standards to another level.o another level.
