Learn how the Ministry of Agriculture enhanced the digital transformation of strategic and project planning with Interact's SA Suite.
Innovation winds are blowing through Brazil’s main economic sector, managed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (MAPA). To take decisive steps toward digital transformation, the ministry adopted Interact Solutions’ SA Suite, ensuring effective strategic planning management through the structuring of objectives, indicators, and action plans.
In addition, it implemented the Project Management solution, which directly supported MAPA’s strategic initiatives, ranging from departmental programs to local projects.
In total, more than 600 employees participated in the digital transformation implementation, with 311 hours dedicated to deployment and 2,236 hours of training delivered over a three-year period.
“After considerable effort and many years of attempts, MAPA now has a powerful tool to support its strategic management and project management processes. The SA Suite software will streamline the management of information related to strategies and projects, providing the necessary support for employees’ activities and for the decision-making process of managers and executives.”
