“By using the Interact Suite SA System, it was possible to configure the platform, train users, and achieve two certifications in just over one year after the implementation of the Management System.
With the system, it is possible to input, monitor, and analyze indicators; create, monitor, and verify our action plans. It also enabled us to create service tickets, records of nonconformities, risks, and improvement opportunities, as well as various specific forms with approval stages and deadline monitoring.
