Letícia Rodrigues Vieira is PMO Director at PMI Rio Grande do Sul, where she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen governance and promote efficient project management.
She holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Project Management, providing a solid foundation along with more than five years of experience in the field to structure and optimize processes, always prioritizing collaboration and measurable results.
